This website is a personal blog and professional profile operated by Piotr Gregorczyk (“I”, “me”) under the brand Prime Nexus Tech, accessible at primenexus.tech.

What data I collect

Visiting the site

This is a static website. It does not set cookies, does not run tracking scripts, and does not collect personal data from you simply by browsing it.

If I enable analytics in the future (e.g. Google Analytics), this policy will be updated to reflect that before the tool is activated.

Contact form

When the contact form is active and you submit a message, I receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. I use this solely to respond to your enquiry. I do not add you to any mailing list or share your data with third parties.

This site links to third-party websites (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.). I have no control over their data practices. Please refer to their own privacy policies.

I process contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to a message you proactively sent me. I do not process data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data I hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of that data
  • Object to processing or request restriction
  • Lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO)

Data retention

Messages sent via the contact form are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted.
